Liverpool's Courting have given us details of their highly-anticipated debut full-length, which is titled Guitar Music and will be released September 23rd, via Play It Again Sam. You can preorder the new record here, and find tickets for their upcoming UK shows here.
On the record, frontman Sean Murphy-O'Neill says, “Our plan was to record a rock album and then ruin it...To have the backbone of the record played by a band and then have it ripped to shreds. There were no restrictions on how we would put it back together."
'Loaded' is quick on its feet and entirely irresistible. So unlike anything I've listened to before, it's difficult to turn this one off once you've popped it on. The cowbell around the three minute mark seals it. I'm really looking forward to what the rest of their record has in store!
